به گزارش ملت اصیل نمایندگان در نشست علنی امروز (سه‌شنبه ۳۱ مرداد ماه) مجلس شورای اسلامی با کلیات لایحه دوفوریتی ساماندهی و نظارت بر تجارت مرزی (کولبری و ملوانی) و ایجاد اشتغال پایدار مرزنشینان با ۱۸۱ رأی موافق، ۲۰ رأی مخالف و ۱۹ رأی ممتنع از مجموع ۲۱۵ نماینده حاضر در جلسه موافقت کردند.
محمدرضا پور ابراهیمی داورانی رئیس کملیسیون اقتصادی در دفاع از کلیات این لایحه گفت: با این لایحه اقدامات مناسبی در حوزه ساماندهی تجارت مرزی اتفاق می‌افتد و از واردات بی‌ضابطه جلوگیری خواهد شد.
نماینده مردم کرمان و راور در مجلس با بیان اینکه با این لایحه تجارت مرزی از حالت نابسامان به حالت ساماندهی تغییر خواهد کرد، افزود: ایجاد شفافیت اطلاعات اقتصادی در حوزه تجارت مرزی یکی از مزیت‌های این لایحه است.
وی تصریح کرد: با این لایحه از فعالیت‌های کولبری حمایت قاطع و کاملی صورت می‌گیرد و انتفاع کامل این حوزه نصیب کولبران خواهد شد؛ منابع حاصل از این محل برای توسعه مناطق مرزی، اشتغال، ایجاد زیرساخت و مبارزه با قاچاق اختصاص می‌یابد.
